Fromt he decks of a carrier, it is easy to see why they are called the "Blue Water Fleet", I never envied them! Rest assured, you never missed out on much in the PI or a West Pac cruise - well maybe a little, o.k. you really missed out!!!!!!:) Hong Kong, Pusan, South Korea, Singaphore, and Japan - great memories. Wish I would have left the ship and visited those ports!
